Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return service for any Moreshelf product under the conditions outlined below.

Requirements:

To cancel an order or request a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us at [support@moreshelf.com] for guidance. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.

  • If your request is approved before shipping, you can cancel your order for a full refund or modify it without any charges.

  • Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. However, please note that as part of our partial free shipping service, return fees apply. When returning oversized or overweight items, you will also be responsible for additional shipping costs. These fees will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

To initiate a return, provide the following information via email:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item (if opened) to assess its condition.

  • Photos of the original packaging and sealed labels intact, showing the item is unassembled, undamaged, resalable, and in the original packaging.

  • The quantity of items to return.

  • Your request for either a refund or exchange (if exchange, specify the desired color/size).

  • The reason for the return (e.g., color dislike, size issue, item damaged during shipping).

We will estimate your refund and any applicable return fees or additional shipping costs and provide you with a return address once your request is approved. The final refund and return fees will be based on the condition of the returned item.

Our warehouse is located in Australia. Please contact us for the exact return address before sending items back.

We do not accept returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Exceptions where Return Fees are Waived:

No return fees will apply if:

  • The items are damaged, broken, or soiled upon receipt.

  • The items do not match the size or color of your order (non-subjective reasons).

Return fees depend on the condition of the returned item. For oversized or overweight items, additional shipping charges apply. These fees will be deducted from any refund.

Non-returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items requested without sufficient proof of purchase.

  • Items returned after 30 days.

  • Non-returnable or clearance items.

  • Items that have been assembled.

  • Items damaged by improper unpacking, installation, or accidents.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. The refund amount may be reduced by any return fees, discounts, or shipping costs.

  • Credit card refunds typically take up to 10 business days.

  • Other payment methods may require up to 2 weeks for processing.

Processing Time:

  • Return and refund requests are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving your request.

  • Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days after the returned item is received (subject to inventory availability).

  • Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
